Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026. Standard terms governing the subscription and usage of the Digi Vyapaar platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or registering an account on the Digi Vyapaar application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application.
2. Subscription and Billing
We operate on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model:
- Starter Plan: Free tier providing basic features. Subject to message limits.
- Paid Plans (Growth / Multi-Shop): Billed monthly in advance. Paid plans feature a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time.
- Refunds: Cancelled plans will run until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
3. Fair Usage Policy (AI & WhatsApp)
Digi Vyapaar offers automated WhatsApp broadcast capability and AI generations. To maintain platform integrity and avoid spam complaints:
- You may only upload contact databases containing customers who have explicitly opted in to receive updates from your store.
- Accounts found violating Meta's WhatsApp spam regulations or sending unsolicited marketing template broadcasts may have their WhatsApp capabilities suspended.
- AI-generated text output and website templates must comply with local laws; obscene or fraudulent business postings are strictly prohibited.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Digi Vyapaar is not liable for changes in rankings, suspensions, or profile reviews issued by third-party search platforms (such as Google Maps or Apple Business Connect) that are outside of our control.
